The easiest way to import your friends, colleagues and people you follow to Google+:

Import Facebook friends



What to do
Register on Yahoo! -> Import Facebook friends to Yahoo! -> Import Yahoo! contacts to Google+

How to do
Due to some limitations imposed by Facebook you need to create a temporary account on Yahoo!. To do that sign up to http://mail.yahoo.com with your Facebook account.
If you already have a Yahoo! account use your existing credentials.


Go to Yahoo! MailContactsImport contacts e click on Facebook icon. Your friends will be imported into Yahoo! contacts list.

Go to Google+CirclesFind and invite and connect your existing Yahoo! account.

Done! Now you can organize your friends in circles.



Problems?



If the automatic import did not work successfully, you can manually import the Yahoo! address book to Google+.
Go to Yahoo! MailContactsActionsExport all... and select Yahoo! CSV. Save the CSV file on your desktop or another favorite folder.



Now go to http://www.google.com/contacts, click Import and select the CSV file from your desktop (or the folder you used during previous step).



Done!

NOTE: now you can delete the temporary Yahoo! account.



Import LinkedIn contacts



What to do
Export LinkedIn contacts to CSV file -> Import CSV file to Google Contacts

How to do
Sign into your LinkedIn account and go to http://www.linkedin.com/addressBookExport, then select Export to Microsoft Outlook (.CSV file) and click Export.
Your contacts will be exported into a CSV file. Save the CSV file on your desktop or another favorite folder.

Then go to http://www.google.com/contacts, click Import and select the CSV file from your desktop (or the folder you used during previous step).

Done! Now you can organize your friends in circles.






What to do
Sync Twitter with contax.io -> Export contax.io contacts to CSV file -> Import CSV file to Google Contact

How to do
Go to http://contax.io and Sign with Twitter.
Click Sync with TwitterFull Sync and wait for synchronization.

Then click Data Export (csv). Your contacts will be exported into a CSV file.

Then go to http://www.google.com/contacts, click Import and select the CSV file from your desktop (or the folder you used during previous step).

Done! Now you can organize your friends in circles.
